(Oh oh oh oh oh) It's not All Me and You'll see in the pictures and videos that a lot of people love Toni Gonzaga. This was very evident in her recent Toni @ 10 Concert at the Araneta Coliseum last Friday - September 30, 2011. Truly a dream come true for Toni to have a Solo Concert at the Big Dome.

Tracking the days back, after i blogged about her 1st Major Concert at the Aliw Theater "We Belong", Toni texted me with "Salamat sa iyong nakaka-touch na Blog....." And at that point truly it felt good to have my blog read by the very person i have written about. I replied that i will definitely watch her concert and blog about it.

Coming from a meeting in Makati, i went straight to Cubao for the show. I'm not an organizer or, in any way, a part of the production this time so i just went in like every ticket holder does using the red gate with my Patron Ticket. Oh BTW, i did meet and chat with Mommy Pinty, Ms. Annabelle Regalado-Borja(who gave me the ticket)and Kuya Roland at North Park then saw Daddy Bonoy too on our way out of the restaurant before going inside the coliseum.

I was seated at the right side of the Patron section with the Star Records peeps. The Stage was simple yet very nice with all the multiple LED Screens and the multi-level platforms and moving stairs; very fit for a "Multi"-media Star. Then the show started with the Opening Number; a short intro with All Me segue to the Beyonce Medley of Diva & Who Run The World.

This is the 10th Year Anniversary of Toni and it all started with her scream in the softdrink commercial, "I LOVE YOU PIOLOOOOOOOOOOOOO" then her first guest for the night walked in, The Ultimate Hearthrob, Piolo Pascual. They sang the Mashed-up of Nothing On You and Just The Way You Are. There were VTR greetings for her from different Kapamilya Stars whom she had worked with for the past years.

Toni really revealed her true self as a funny and witty person with all her guests for the night which made the show more than a musical show. Sam Milby revealed that Toni was really his First Crush in Showbiz, who became his First Leading Lady too. Toni then revealed that Sam went to her in ASAP to say that he is going to be her surprise in her concert. Hahaha! Not a surprise anymore to Toni but to all those in Araneta 'coz Sam was never included in the Promotions of the show.

Another highlight of the show is with John Lloyd Cruz singing "Live" with their song from My Amnesia Girl, "Nandyan ka Na Naman". The crowd really screamed for the Box Office King which showed that they had a good chemistry in the movie that made it a hit.

Toni then described his next guest as his Male counterpart - Vhong Navarro who ranted about not having to kiss Toni in all of their movies together. Vhong has brought the house down with his antics and all, specially when he jokingly told the crowd how Mommy Pinty would guard Toni during their Shoots and Taping. All these segued to Pokwang entering the stage in disguise of Toni. Pokwang and Toni had their singing showdown with Toni imitating Jessa Zaragoza, Jaya and Lani Misalucha with their Trademark Songs while Pokey imitates Britney Spears, Cindy Lauper and Jovit Baldivino(with kiko matching voice too). Their bantering was so hilarious and adding to that was the spot number of Pokwang who got a guy from the audience. She then went to our side and got my friend ICE, who, pokey didn't know, was from Star Records. She had him hold the microphone and asked him to follow her wherever she goes. The stunts Pokwang did was really hilarious.

Alex, her sister, then came in with all her "Babaeng Hampaslupa" outfit and gave a funny skit on their sort of "sibling rivalry" with the songs Super Bass and Stupid Love which was then called the Stupid Bass. While Toni was out having an outfit change, Alex then pulled/pushed on stage, the naive-looking but cute Direk Paul Soriano on stage for some sort of a Bachelor Bash. I learned from someone that Paul really didn't know about this segment but willingly did for his One and Only Love. Whooot whooot! The bachelor bash then became a Gandang Gabi Bash by Vice Ganda. This segment almost made the crowd rolling on the floor with laughter with the combination of two Witty persons on-stage.

One touching moment in the show was when Toni dedicated the song "Beautiful" by Christina Aguilera to her Mom, Mommy Pinty. It almost made me cry how Toni described her mom as someone who pushed her and believed in her that's why she is where she is now. This only shows how loving and obedient Toni is to her parents; that even at her age, she can still be texted "Umuwi Ka Na" by Daddy Bonoy that she obliges.

A special segment was done with Gary Valenciano and Toni talking to each other, as if it was Live Streaming 'coz Gary V was currently out of the country for a show. They even had a duet with a Celine Dion song "I'm Your Angel". The show took almost 3hours to finish with Toni's rendition of Fireworks and encored with Rihanna's Shut-up and Drive via the Ford Fiesta on the side of the stage.

When news of this show came out, a some people doubted Toni Gonzaga's capability to fill up the huge seating capacity of Araneta Coliseum. But then she proved them wrong with a Sold-out concert plus almost all the Bosses of ABSCBN and her Kapamilya Stars were there to support her.

I didn't text or call Toni yet to congratulate her coz i really plan to do it thru this blog. So Celestine Gonzaga, Congratulations for a very very successful concert! You have a achieved a great dream. Truly you have ignited your light & shined, owned the night of September 30 and showed us what you're really worth.

We were really getting High with Fashion & Music coming together last September 15 when TERRANOVA re-opened it's newly renovated and largest store in the Metro, nowhere else but in SM Mall of Asia.

My good friend Mags Deles-David invited me over to this store re-opening event and i was happy to see some friends in the music industry. In one table full of cocktail food and drinks were Mario Joson of Sony Music with Luke Mijares, the beautiful Opera Belles and Enzo of Eevee Band. Around and about were Ethel Cachapero & Mel Katigbak of Polyeast Records busy attending to their artists, Kyla with Hubby Rich Alvarez and Zia Quizon, who i saw while i was at the counter. Also there were Mario Colmenares with his artists Akiko Solon of Star Power and Pierro Vergara. One hyped-up guy was Champ Lui-Pio because his artist, Rez Toledo of Someday Dream, is performing for the event, who eventually is one of Terranova's newly appointed ambassadors. Together with Rez as ambassadors are Laureen Uy, of My Binondo Girl and sister of Celebrity Stylist - Liz Uy, and MYX VJ Chino Lui-Pio, brother of Champ.

It was amazing how the world of Fashion and Music collided to create one "Supernova", or let me say, TERRANOVA event. Guests were treated to a sort of a Shopping Spree around the store to take a first look at their Fall/ Winter collection for 2011-2012 with the a DJ complementing the "We Are Terranova" feel. Rez also did perform with his acoustic version of his hit Hey Daydreamer to add to the mood of the event.

Well, i happily got a white jacket, a wrap around plus all other stuff for attending the event. Not Bad at all definitely coz with the freebies come the opportunity to see some people again from the music world that i truly miss seeing ever since i resigned from Music Uplate Live in June. And there was one shirt that i saw which says that Music and Fashion really is a great combination; the shirt has an "I Love Music" print.

Terranova definitely proves that music and fashion are TWO different things that may BECOME ONE!

HAWAK KAMAY. Hawak Kamay kami ni Yeng sa paguumpisa ng aming show na MUSIC UPLATE LIVE na nagsimula noong March 15, 2010. Mula sa Planning, Audition, Workshop at Pictorial ay magkasama na kmi para mabuo ang show na minahal naming pareho. Kilala ko na si Yeng kahit bago pa ang M.U.L. kse ako ang gumawa ng nauna nyang Bar Tour Series na nasundan pa ng isa pa para sa kanyang "LAPIT" album. Masasabi kong pareho kaming "Excited" at kinakabahan noong sa umpisa ng M.U.L. dahil unang sabak ni Yeng sa pagho-Host (na wala naman talaga kaming eksaktong script) at ako naman eh unang beses kong maging Talent Coordinator, Floor-Director at Writer (ng sabay-sabay) para sa isang live show.

LAPIT. Napa-Lapit talaga ako kay Yeng sa araw-araw (gabi-gabi pala) naming pagsasama sa M.U.L. kaya naman mas nakilala ko sya, di lang bilang isang artista at singer, kundi bilang isang totoong tao. Siya din isa sa dahilan ng mga minsang pasulpot-sulpot ko sa TV habang nagsho-show kmi sa Uplate kaya naman nagkaroon pa ako ng sarili kong Martinactics<3 Fan Page sa facebook. May isang beses naman na nakita ko ang isang lumang litrato ni Yeng na medyo nahihiya sya ipakita; pero ang masasabi ko na talagang simple lang sya at sobrang nakakabilib din kung anu na ang narating nya ngayon. Sa lahat ng kanyang nagawa at napatunayan, tunay naman na karapat-dapat sa kanya ang kung anung meron sya kse mabait siyang tao sa lahat lalo na sa kanyang pamilya. 

TIME-IN. Time-ing din na sa aming araw araw na pagsasama ay nakilala ko pa rin at naging kaibgan ang kanyang Banda na "Morning Glory" at syempre ang mga "Yengsters" di ako tinuring na iba. Sobrang nami-miss ko ang mga kwentuhan namin ni Yeng habang nagme-make-up sya at ako naman eh nakikisalo din sa Make-up nya para "Fresh" ako at baka mahagip na naman ako ng mga loko-lokong Cameramen. Nami-Miss ko din ang mga tawanan at kulitan namin sa studio kasama sila Tutti, Martin at Gee. Reyna ng Gabi talaga si Yeng lalo na kapag tumatawa na at nagtatanong na parang inosente sa mga guest kaya naman sobrang naging masaya ang show sa bawat gabi.

WAG KANG MAGTATANONG. Wag ka nang Magtanong kung ilan ang Stuff Toy nya sa kanyang Condo kse sobrang dami talaga noong nakita nang minsang sinundo ko sya para sa isa naming pupuntahan. Kaya naman yun din ang naisip kong ibigay sa kanya noong Birthday nya last year; isang napakalaking Teddy Bear. At syempre di nyo naitatanon na binigyan ako ni Yeng ng dilaw na relo at pati IPOD Nano (with Tutti & Gee) noong birthday ko.

HIMALA. Hindi Himala na kinaya ni Yeng ang pag-host ng Awit Awards kasama si Tutti. Na pagkatapos ng event na yun ay sobrang nagmadali kaming makabalik sa studio para sa M.U.L. At di rin Himala noong nabigyan na si Yeng ng mga "Spiels" sa ASAP kapag linggo na kahit papano ay bunga ng pagiging host nya gabi-gabi sa Music Uplate Live. At sobrang "PROUD" ako sa kanya sa Limang beses na pagkakapanalo sa MYX Music Awards .

SABIHIN MO NA. Sabihin mo na minsan ay meron din kaming di pagkakaunawaan ni Yeng pero di naman talaga dinadamdam ang mga bagay na parte lamang ng trabaho. Ang mas importante ay ang respeto na meron kami sa isa't isa bilang katrabaho at kaibigan kaya naman sobrang masaya ako at nakasama ko si Yeng ng halos gabi-gabi sa M.U.L ng isang taon at tatlong buwan.

HABAMBUHAY. Habambuhay talaga akong hahanga kay Yeng dahil sa kanyang "Dedication & Passion" para sa kanyang trabaho bilang mang-aawit at isang sumusulat ng awitin. Kaya naman sobrang saya ko sa panonood sa kanya noong 2nd Major Concert nya noong Aug. 5 sa Aliw Theater. At syempre meron din siyang bagong album na "YENG VERSIONS LIVE". Kung di man ako nagkakamali ay sa akin nanggaling ang tittle na ito. Noong gabi bago ang Concert-Recording ni Yeng ay kasama ko si Ms. Annabelle Regalado-Borja sa Dinner at napagusapan nga ang Title ng album; bilang naging maganda naman ang pagtanggap ng tao sa Yeng Versions sa Music Uplate Live at pasok naman sa konsepto ng album eh sinabi ko na yun ang maging title at tinanggap naman ito agad. Na kahit na di ako nakapunta noong gabi sa concert dahil sa isang trabaho ay masasabi kong may naiambag ako para kay Yeng.

PANIWALAAN MO. Paniwalaan mo Yeng na ako ang isa sa mga taong magtatanggol at susuporta sa'yo sa kung saan ka man dalhin ng iyong pagkanta, pagsusulat at pati sa pagho-host. Isa ka sa mga taong parte ng buhay ko at di ka isang katrabaho lamang kundi isang kaibigan na dating nakatira sa Montalban na ngayon ay isa nang Prinsesa....Paniwalaan Mo!

WE BELONG

I knew it from the start that Toni Gonzaga is going to make it Big in Showbiz. I knew it from the start that her song "Catch Me" would be such a big hit. I knew it that she'll be doing a major concert and i knew it from the start that I'm going be doing her 1st Major Concert.

I knew it from the start ...We Belong. Toni Gonzaga from her real name has "TIN" as her nick and my name is Martin; some people call me tin too. Also we are both "thin". Hahahaha!

Back in 2007, i noticed that her song "Catch Me" was getting a lot of airplays and was kinda making a good impact when it became the theme song of a Koreanovela "Which Star Are You From". I thought right away that she was ready for her 1st Major Concert and i wanna do it. I had a meeting with Toni's mom, Mommy Pinty around August and talked to her about a concert i plan for her daughter and slated it initially Feb.8, 2008 thinking it's gonna be 2-08-2008.

I was able to talk to my producer, Moises Manio and he liked my idea and proposal that i'll be line-producing the concert for his Company, Manio Events. But it didn't happen on my original date planned for the concert but a day after because the venue, Aliw Theater, is booked already.

It was already late November and Early December when we did our sort of announcement for the concert and had our pictorial for the concert via Doc Marlon Pecjo and had it in his home in Ayala Heights. During that time we had the tickets available already on Ticketnet and amazingly tickets were sold already with even more than a month prior to the concert.

We got GB Sampedro to stage direct the show and Mark Lopez as the musical director. One of my best-est friend DG de Guzman helped me out as Project Manager too. But then we gave a freehand to Toni to choose her repertoire and from there we conceptualized the whole show for her.

Toni was then busy with a lot of work like the PBB and all the other shows she was doing at that time but then, professional as she is, she gave time for the project with her promo guestings,dance and singing rehearsals and all. Thanks to all our sponsors then we got a billboard courtesy of Shapes and a lot more who trully wanted to support Toni for this Major Concert.

Towards the concert, we were so happy with the sales of the tickets that even the Araneta Group then called and asked if we wanted to transfer the show to the Big Dome; but we decided not 'coz we are fixed with our venue already and all systems are go for us.

Concert night came, 9th of February 2008 and a packed Aliw Theater was in awe with big Opening Number followed by a series of great solo performances and production numbers with the her guests. She had a dance number with Vhong Navarro; a duet with Sam Milby and a surprise guesting by no less than ALLAN K, whom she worked with in Eat Bulaga.

Her wit and singing prowess made the concert so entertaining to all and never was there a dull moment for the whole two and a half hour. That even towards the end of the show she belted it out with her hit song "Catch Me" wearing her Big Black Gown on barefoot (because putting on her shoes didn't make it on time).

With all the preparation for the concert and turn out of the concert, we at the production side defined it as a "comatose" concert; the after all the stress and troubles putting a major show, we were successful in making a very special moment for TONI. And that prompted Moises to do a Repeat Concert months after (May 02) with more guests like Gerald Anderson and Vice Ganda. And the Repeat wasn't actually a repeat because new songs and production numbers were added that made it more special.

Actually, if i remember it right, it was during one of our press cons on the concert that her title "MULTI-MEDIA STAR" was coined by our friends from the press, Moises & I and Her family.

And now, celebrating her 10th year in the business, she will be doing another milestone concert now on her dream stage at her dream venue which is the Araneta Coliseum on September 30, 2011 - Friday. I'm quite sure that it's gonna be one great concert together with her guests, Piolo Pascual, John Lloyd Cruz, Vhong navarro, Alex Gonzaga, Pokwang, Gary Valenciano and more surprise guests. I heard a bVeautiful Guest will be a surprise. I really wouldn't miss this concert and surely i will blog about it right after the show.

Truly Toni Gonzaga is one very Talented Lady. Raised well and very Loved by her parents, Mommy Pinty and Daddy Bonoy and the care & support of her sister plus the special love by her hubby Direk Paul Soriano. With that, Toni Gonzaga is surely gonna be one of the TV personalities who will stay on Ten after Ten after Ten years in showbizness.

And I Can't Help Myself from feeling so Lucky to have worked with the Ms.Toni Gonzaga and Happy to be Friends with TIN.

BAD ROMANCE

Caught in a Bad Romance is how I describe the mall shooting incident that became a HOT News item on TV, and a Steamy Topic in the conversations of friends and family around the metro if not the whole country. A woman went to a Mall where her husband or rather ex-husband is working and shot him. Then when she was gearing up to shooting herself, a Guard was the one accidentally shot. The Girl is now in Jail with no chance for Bail for Parricide & Frustrated Homicide. The woman did this because the guy was leaving her for reasons we don't really know.

Another story that came to my knowledge was that of "a friend of my friend" who hanged himself to death after 4 or 5 days of separating with his wife. Again for reasons, i don't know but surely the reason may be severe and that tragedy must've devastated the guy to take his own life.

Gosh! Really LOVE has this Great effect on the everyones life. It's either something that would inspire you to live or the worst would kill you, figuratively or as the case may be, literally. And that i see is evident in the world of Media/ Multi-Media today; we are so exposed to stories of betrayal, separation and deceit with the Telenovelas/Seryes  and the Movies presented to us.

There is this Koreanovela PURE LOVE & The FIERCE WIFE from Taiwan that centered on the theme of  "Bad Romance" or "Forbidden Love". And on the Big Screen is "MY NEIGHBORS WIFE" & "NO OTHER WOMAN". Well, i know that what we see on screen is a reflection of what is happening in the real world. But that doesn't mean we should imitate what happens in these stories.

The stories of these Telenovelas have yet to be revealed and at the same time i have yet to watch the movie "No Other Woman" (which i think i a really good film and I'm sure to watch this movie!) but for me there's a greater lesson in all of them that's why we are presented with such theme.

I don't wanna be righteous or so coz i myself came from a broken family. But, for me, everything happens for a reason and for whatever worth it is, LOVE should be given the utmost importance or value in any relationship. Love for One-self is Much greater than anything in this world aside from the Love for our Creator. And Loving doesn't necessarily mean staying together because sometimes Love can be best given to a person be setting him/her free; and by doing so it "SETS YOU FREE"

"The Man Who Can't Be Moved" is how I would describe my 2nd K-POP Experience/Project. If months ago i got the chance to be part of the Road Management of the other two SS501 members, this time it's their leader, KIM HYUN-JOONG - from the popular Korean TV Series, "Boys Over Flowers." He is known in the series as, Yoon Ji Hoo.

This KPOP project is different coz it's shorter and there's not actual show or concert but just a mall show event called the, "High Five Event", wherein lucky fans who bought his album (P500) will get a chance to have a "High Five" with him on stage.

Luckily, my Maria Aragon Project doesn't have any schedule for that day so i'm totally free to work on this KPop project staring with a short meeting at th Edsa Shangrila Hotel where Kim Hyun-Joong will be staying for 3 days and 2 nights. Same as my Road Management role in my Kyu-Saeng Project, I was in charge of the Transportation and Security plus some coordination too.

Kim Hyun-Joong with his entourage arrived from Bangkok,Thailand around 12noon. And soon right after going through some Airport & Immigration Procedures, He was on his way to the Hotel in a very Luxury AUDI Car (worth 12Million). I was with the rest of the entourage on a Black Fleet vehicle that followed soon after all the luggage had been brought out of the airport. Guess what, Kim Hyun Joong left his passport in the Audi Car and good thing was the Driver saw it and handed it over to me of which i then gave back to the Tour Managers.
The Tour managers Inee & Jing was Kim-Hyun-Joong's representative for any arrangements and schedules on their short stint in the Philippines. Honestly they were  way better that those who handled the Kyu-Saeng Project because the two tour managers now can understand & speak English and at the same time a little more considerate & cooperative to the people of Polyeast Records who facilitated their Philippine Leg of their Tour.

After some resting, Kim Hyun-Joong went on to start the Presscon attended by a lot of TV, Print & Internet Press/ crews at one of the Function Room of the Edsa-Shang Hotel. After the Presscon, He went on with the One-On-One Interviews with Rated K, Sparkle Magazine, MYX and some KPOP Group-Organization in the Philippines.

Soon after, we then headed for the Trinoma Mall in Quezon City for the actual High-Five Event. I was with the entourage taking another passageway through the event venue. I was in great Awe when i saw the huge crowd around the activity center and amazed at how this Korean Pop Star can bring all of these people for this event. And now came the time when KHJ came out of the Fire Exit into the venue when the crowd started to shout and scream. Gosh it was soooo loud and deafening!

There was a short program then came the High-Five part when all the Lucky fan will just pass through KHJ and do a High Five with him. Circumstances in the event made my stay with him and his security (who is good -looking too! hahaha!) to facilitate the flow of the activity with all that more than 500 fans going up the stage to get close with him.

A lot of gifts were given to him and so the head security and i were accepting all for him. There were some who took advantage of the situation and pushed themselves to KHJ to get a hug but then we have to push them away. and that i the reason why i entitled this story/ post by the hit song of The Script coz as i saw how KHJ needs to be protected; that for this event, he is "the man who can't be moved."

I maybe lucky as part of the Road Management Team, but just the same i'm still not able to talk to KHJ (Of course he is Korean and i Can't speak their Language). All i can do during the High-Five was just to ask if he's Ok; and he just smiled to answer my question. I maybe somehow fierce when i shoved away some fans when they try to hug or hold on to Kim Hyun-Joong.

After the event, we headed back to the Hotel and i accompanied Inee - one of the tour managers to the SPA of the Hotel to inquire and look at the facilities. After which, i then had my late dinner with Ethel Cachapero & Mel Katigbak (Polyeast Records), Marge Reyes and 2 more people at SumoSam in the nearby Shangrila Mall.

Kim Hyun-Joong will have his Face Shop the next day but then we were not commissioned to assist for that activity. Ethel Cachapero then gave Nixon Sy a hotel room courtesy of Ms. Marj Reyes, for us to stay on for overnight just in time for the departure of KHJ & the Entourage the next day.

Before going to sleep, i ,together with Nixon & Roland, went out of the hotel to have some snacks at the Banchetto. Well, it didn't seem like a snack 'coz we ate some much and finished at around 3am already. Slept for a few hours and woke up to prepare for the departure of the Koreans.

We took the Complimentary Breakfast at the Heat that i didn't actually took advantage of because i was still full from the Bachetto Food Trip. There we saw the Cute Chief security of KHJ and he greeted us Good Morning. I thought he wouldn't mind us at all. When then luggage are being brought out of the rooms, i even complemented the Chief Security for his good looks and mentioned that he is even more good looking than other stars here or even in Korea. He just laughed at it and saying some Korean stuff that i didn't understand. hahaha!

We assisted in the checking-out of the hotel and the 1st Batch went on to the airport while Kim Hyun-Joong followed with the rest of the entourage. It was raining that Saturday morning and traffic was somehow heavy but then they were able to make it on time. for their flight back to Korea.

And that so goes my 2nd KPop Project Experience; On this project i had some TV exposures too and some compliments that i have been handling "International" Artists & Events. We of course i wouldn't have these kinds of opportunity if not for my good friend, Nixon Sy and also thanks to Ms. Ethel Cachapero & Mel Katigbak with this KHJ project.

There's one text i got from a friend when he saw me on TV Patrol working on this project, "Hataw si Mart Maka-Hawi para kay Kim Hyun-Joong" and all i can say to all those fans who got a push or so from me during the High Five Event is "Please Forgive Me".

"Di Lang Ikaw; Di Lang Ikaw ang Bumoto" for the latest Martin Uplate Polling for the Past 6 days and there were 132 People Voted/ Total Votes  that have been tabulated and it was JURIS FERNANDEZ who got 73 Voted followed by NINA (29 votes), Sitti & Aiza with an equal 24 voted, Princess with 22, Richard Poon with 19 and Duncan with 12. I've known Juris for years already; from my favorite Bar Tambayan before BAGABERDE Pasig where she was a regular artist-performer with her former Band, MYMP. I even got them for a show that was doing then for Don Bosco Mandaluyong and since then i have had so many shows with them in different venues and Bars. That's what i really do, i put together something or organize event with people that are close to my heart!

I was so Happy when Juris went Solo with Star Records because for like how many years, I've been asking Carla (their Manager and now Juris' Manager) about their recording contract for a clean transfer. Haha! The Album wasn't out yet when i went to go with Juris for an engagement when she asked me to listen to the song "Di Lang Ikaw" and i instantly fell in love with the song. Hopeless Romantic that i am, the words and melody (of Aiza Seguerra) really strucked me. And with the Music Video, Oh My it was great with the tears and all.

Juris is a very sweet girl that sometimes being misinterpreted only because she is a shy person to some people but definitely her bubbly-ness comes out with people personal to her. I always find it cute when she calls my name in a very high pitch. hahaha! I was really amazed with her, when she relieves for Yeng Constatino in Music Uplate Live, because her sweetness comes out in a funny and cute way especially when she & Tutti Caringal throw their "kilig lines".  She even celebrated her birthday on the show; not once but twice.

I was truly proud of her when she went to Korea for a recording and performance on a Music Festival there. And from the account of Ms. Annabelle Regalado-Borja (Star Records), the Korean producers find her voice so Pure. Hmmmm Maybe she can be the Pure Voice of Asia! Hahaha!

Soon, She will step into a different shoe in her life; a new Chapter but definitely continue on with bringing heart-warming or even, heart-breaking original and revival songs which we hear over the radio, net, TV and Music Gadgets. The New Album of JURIS entittled, "FOREVERMORE", with a carrier single written by No Less Than, Jonathan Manalo, is the answer to her "DI LANG IKAW" Hit Song and is definitely a clear proof that she will be staying in the industry for a long time.

He's just too Good to be True and people can't take their eyes off the Ultimate Hearthrob --- PIOLO PASCUAL! Most Girls and the not so real girls can't help but scream,"I LOVE YOU PIOLO!" ala Toni Gonzaga on her 1st TV Commercial for Sprite! This man really has that magnetic aura and charm that attracts everyone.

Me being in able to have worked on some projects with star records gave me many chances of meeting him and finally, was priviledged or a better statement would be, Extremely Lucky, to have worked with PJ (wow feeling super close!) for his TIMELESS ALBUM in 2007. Thanks to Nixon Sy who flew to US for a vacation and i was assigned to proxy for him as Audio Marketing Head for Star Records while he is gone; just in time for Piolo's Album Promo.

And so being assigned to the project, it would be my responsibility to arrange for the promo schedules already laid down and accompany Piolo in all of them. From The album presscon at the 9501, of which i still remembered he ordered a favorite 'Sea Bass' Dish, to the Radio Tour with Ms. Gina Mauricio (now Mrs. Gina M.Joyce) that needed the usual Caramel Machiato to perk him up, then the TV guestings plus the super crowded mall shows and culminated with his 10th Anniversary Concert at the Araneta Coliseum.

I won't be ashamed to admitting it that i am a Fan of sort; and who wouldn't be for a person as good looking and pleasing and kind as Piolo Pascual. And with everytime we see each other during the promo events and activities of the show, i would never miss it for anything to take a picture with him evidently seen in the pictures below. With those pictures, which eventually ended up in my facebook (and friendster?) profile picture, i instantly became the envy of all of my friends and family and got so much views! Hahaha!

I remember a time when he guested in The Buzz with Angel Locsin, that he had to call me coz i can't seem to see him in the studio with my blurry eyesight; and that after the interview i rode with him and his entourage to get to the Mall show. Piolo driving, It felt like riding a rollercoaster with the speed we are in. Well, we are in a rush on his Hammer! And so goes my Piolo Project after all the mall shows, music video shoot at an old warehouse in Caloocan, the Pictorial for the Concert and more.

Also, i am truly grateful for Piolo to give in to my request to record a video birthday greeting to my mom (who was is Australia that time) and another to my Grandmother who celebrated her 88th birthday. It was priceless to see my Mom and Grandma genuinely Happy with Piolo greeting them on their special day.

Now Piolo Pascual's Lastest albums, Decades 1 & 2, i was able to still assist in my own personal capacity with the mall shows and some guestings, like that of the Music Uplate Live special done during His Launch at SM the Block. I even got to see his equally good-looking son, Inigo in his mall show at SM Marikina. Coming from the Quintuple (8times) Platinum Award success of Decades 2, he is set to conquer Asia with his Music and Charm. Piolo kicked of his Asian Decades Album Tour in Kuala Lampur, Malaysia last August 28, 2011 and will have the second leg on September 18, 2011 - Sunday in Singapore. The show will be held at D'Marquee Downtown East, No 1 Pasir Ris Close at 4pm with no less than Pop-rock Princess, Yeng Constantino.

Well, Piolo Pascual is such a unique and talented person; An actor, a Singer, a Host, Product-endorser, Father and most all a Good & Loving Christian. And there's this one great thing that only him possess, which is the Piolo Pascual Charisma he exudes whenever he's up-close. So definitely, watching him live in a show will make you feel that PJ Charisma and proudly say to yourself and to your friends that "You we're there" to have that Piolo Pascual Experience.

I found an Everlasting Love for MUSIC since i was a young kid! My mom told me, and my siblings, that she used to put the Radio On for us to listen to and eventually, to sleep. I believe that even though we were sleeping the songs somehow got into me. Well, did you ever had this experience of singing/ dancing or hearing a song in your dreams? That happens to me a lot of time, up until now. I think, that made me into a music person even though i can't sing (i know how to sing but not to sing well), i don't play any musical instrument nor compose any song. I remember closing all the windows and the door of our room then sing my heart out with any song from the radio or player, until my mom yells at me to stop. Hahaha!

I really look up to singers and musician who are able to transcend time with their music and two of the groups i admire in the industry are The Company & Side A! These guys are legends in the Philippine Music Industry that is why they are well deserve by their Titles as the Country's PREMIER VOCAL GROUP & PREMIER BAND, respectively. I remember giving them standing ovations, loud screams and huge applause's during their performances i have watched and i never would've imagined that i'll get to know them, somehow, in a personal way.

With my work as an event and tv practitioner, gave me a lot of chance to be with them up close and personal. I once told a friend, "Grabe dati super sinasamba ko ang Side A tapos ngayon nakakasama ko na magredwine sa bagaberde sila Joey G and the rest of the band". I really felt honored naman for The Company to guest in my former TV show, Music Uplate Live; and not only Once or Twice but Three Times in my stint there as the Talent Coordinator/Writer/Floor Director.

That is why when I saw the Plug of their show on of Friday - SEPTEMBER 16, 2011 at the Newport Performing Arts Theater - Resorts World Manila entitled "In THE COMPANY of SIDE A", I contacted Moy Ortiz of The Company to give me info on the Concert so i can put it here in my Blog.

I'm Sure that definitely the audience of this Amazing Concert will be up for a great treat; and "Pakisabi Na Lang" to all your friends and relatives that this is show will "Set You Free" from all you worries of the week.

This is one great show that will truly make a Mark in the Philippine Concert Scene...FOREVERMORE!
